When we left cold, snowy Michigan behind on a -5 degree morning we were definitely excited to see the Florida sun! Dirty Girl Racewear loaded the shop into the truck and made the 22 hour trek to Tampa, Florida and East Bay Raceweay Park for Lucas Oil Dirt Late Model Dart Winter Nationals. It was a lot of work but as the old saying goes, "hard work pays off"! We had such a great time at the track and met so many new people! We couldn't be happier with how the racewear was received and are beyond excited for our next event at Lancaster Speedway for the Carolina Crown in late March. 6 days of booth set up and tear down and a few late nights at the track due to the rain that tried to put a damper on things (it didn't work!) left us tired, but still so happy! How can't you be happy when you can see some great racing, feel the warm sun, see palm trees and meet such great people. We made many of you there look a little cooler with our racewear too!! We really want to give a huge THANK YOU to my parents who happen to live down there and helped us every day. We owe a thank you to a few of their friends too (especially Tom)! Everyone was so helpful, giving and supportive. The folks at East Bay Raceway Park are some of nicest people we have met and did an amazing job helping us feel welcome. Keep it DIRTY!
